Boot Camp In San Leandro
Magic Formula number 1, San Leandro Boot Camp or group fitness training. Don’t worry about drill sergeants yelling and screaming at you. With our boot camp, group fitness training, you will be trained by two personal trainers with two different training styles. This is a HUGE benefit for you as a client. San Leandro Indoor Boot Camp
All of our training are done indoors, we might add a outdoor boot camp once in awhile. The facility we train at is about 6000 square feet and boy we use all of them. From suspension training to boxing and everything else in between.
In our boot camp or group training we focus on exercises that will burn a ton of calories in a very short amount of time. You will NOT be sitting in a machine and doing 12 repetition and 3 sets. That’s not our style, that’s corporate BS.
Your body will be moving the whole time. Your heart rate will be at the fat burning zone almost the whole time. No need for for heavy dumbbells, we use your weight as a resistant. We will be switching target muscle from legs to back to arms within seconds. By keeping this fast pace your heart rate will be up and burning the calories like there’s no tomorrow.
Don’t be intimidated, every exercises are meant to be done at your own comfortable pace. This doesn’t mean it will be relaxed and easy. Our personal trainers will make sure that you are pushing yourself but within your fitness capabilities. Fill our our free assessment to get started
